The best part is ACV contains no harmful chemicals and is all natural! I’d be hard-pressed to find a better cleaner than that.

Try using ACV as a rinse after you shampoo. This will give your hair more shine and body, and some people even utilize it as a way to reduce hair loss and increase the thickness of healthy hairs. Give it a try!
Remove Stains From Teeth
Good ole Apple Cider Vinegar is also a potent stain remover, and can remove stains from your teeth. The acetic acid in the vinegar works to remove the buildup of plaque on enamel, which is what gives your teeth that yellow hue. Try rubbing your teeth directly with apple cider vinegar and see if your teeth aren’t whiter afterwards.
Plus, ACV also kills some of the bacteria found in your mouth. This won’t make your teeth whiter, but it will give you fresher smelling breath! Bacteria can also lead to cavities and gingivitis, so killing it will lead to better overall mouth health!

For daily weight management, many holistic health practitioners recommend adding 2 teaspoons of ACV to 16 ounces of water. Do this at least once a day. Some studies, albeit a limited amount, have showed weight loss effects from acetic acid, which is the main ingredient in apple cider vinegar.
A study from 2009 published in Bioscience, Biotechnology and Biochemistry found that the subjects who consumed acetic acid for 12 weeks experienced a declines in body weight, abdominal fat and waist circumference.
