Parsley Cucumber Lemon Drink

This has to be our personal favorite bedtime weight loss drink! It combines the top fat fighting and detoxifying ingredients into one drink that is great for you, and delicious too!

Cucumber is a great base for these drinks because it has a high water and fiber content, helping to flush toxins and hydrate your cells. One cucumber contains only 45 calories, so consuming them can actually help to burn calories as they begin the digestion process, which is a high energy activity for your body.

Parsley has mild diuretic properties and has a high mineral and vitamin content. Some of the essential nutrients found in parsley are vitamins A, B, C, and K, plus iron and potassium. Parsley also contains enzymes that help to break down food and speed up digestion, removing waste from your body and helping you feel great.

Lemons are packed with vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants. They are a great source of Vitamin C and folate, and drinking lemon water has been shown to boost your metabolism and help to alkalinize your body. Lemon juice also acts as an appetite suppressant, making it easier for you to forgo meals and cut the calories!

Grapefruit and Apple Cider Juice Mix

I absolutely love grapefruit juice, but I understand that it is not everyone’s favorite! If you do like grapefruits though, try this delicious juice out for all of it’s benefits.

Grapefruits are known to boost metabolism and even help to reduce the risk of kidney stones and the formation of cysts. What a wonder fruit! In addition, grapefruits can work to fight gum disease and protect against cancer – not bad for this little pink fruit! Grapefruit juice also promotes healthy digestion and can help reduce bloating.
