Halle Berry Has The Body Of a 25 Year Old at Age 51!

Need some inspiration for fitness and sticking to your diet? Look no further than the incredible Halle Berry. The seemingly immune to aging actress, 51, has said she’s in the “best shape” of her life thanks to her diet and her “secret weapon”, her trainer Peter Lee Thomas.

Her foundation is the keto diet – she says she “lives the keto lifestyle”. Her diet includes cooking a ton of food at home, foods that follow the guidelines of the low-carb, heavy protein diet that has become incredibly popular over the past few years.

Halle says “I don’t really eat pasta, anything with sugar, it’s very much meat based” she told People magazine while attending an event for the restaurant Avra Beverly Hills.


Halle Berry is no stranger to talking about her love for the ketogenic diet, on a recent appearance on Kelly and Ryan she said the plan works for her as a diabetic.

“I eat healthy fats all day long, avocado, oil, coconut oil and I use butter, but don’t have any sugar. So when your body gets trained to burn fats, it’s constantly on fat-burning mode—that’s the secret,” she said.

Halle Berry’s other weapon in her anti-aging arsenal is her workouts with trainer Peter Lee Thomas. Thomas challenges Berry with a combination of exercises and different types – including martial arts, boxing and yoga. He even uses “a lot of military training [like] the Navy Seals would do.”


Halle Berry looks absolutely amazing at 51, and says she is feeling amazing too. While we were surprised to learn Halle is 51, her trainer was surprised as well.

Peter Lee Thomas told People magazine “I had no idea what her age was when I met her. I never looked or was interested in that, and when I found out, I was absolutely shell-shocked because she has the discipline and athleticism of a 25-year old.”

Thomas even thinks Halle could have been a professional athlete if she had wanted to – “She’s also not afraid to experiment and explore and take risks when it comes to fitness because she understands that in order for there to be potential growth and change, she’s going to have to do things that are commonly difficult to do.”
