A study conducted by the FANCL Central Research Laboratory in Japan found that participants supplementing with Garcinia Cambogia had significantly reduced visceral, subcutaneous and total fat areas compared to the placebo group (R).
In another small study, women who were overweight were given either Garcinia Cambogia extract or a placebo for 60 days. In the patients who were receiving the Garcinia Cambogia extract, trigelycerides levels were reduced by nearly one-third.
It is also worth noting that the subjects HDL, LDL and body weight didn’t change.
In my opinion, Garcinia Cambogia is a powerful supplement that has several positive effects in the body.
It can lower fat creation by blocking citrate lyase, reduce appetite and boost energy by increasing serotonin, and seems to help reduce bad cholesterol as well.
It is not a magic pill though, and you will need to be eating right and exercising to truly experience what Garcinia Cambogia can do.
